Stomach Ulcer Symptom (s)

Stomach Ulcer Symptom (s) vary from individual to individual. However, the most common symptom is a gnawing, burning pain in the upper abdomen or below the breast bone. The pain may come and go for several days or weeks.

The pain may last from a few minutes to a few hours and often occurs between meals and in the early hours of the morning when the stomach is empty. It may awaken someone from sleep.

Other less common ulcer symptoms include:

  • Belching
  • Nausea
  • Fatigue
  • Chest pain
  • Recurrent vomiting
  • Heartburn

  • Poor appetite
