Why do you think some people will not hire smokers? **** Some companies believe smokers suffer from more ailments than non-smokers and may want to limit health costs. In addition, smoking is dangerous to self, others, and property. Insurance may not cover costs associated with this if hazards are increased by what other employees do. Smoking is one such activity.
